Jonathan Chanti is the CEO and Co-Founder of Reign Maker Group, a constellation of agencies operating at the intersection of brand, media, marketing, and talent. A pioneer of the creator economy since 2012, he previously served as President of Viral Nation Talent, where he built what became the largest influencer representation agency in the world. Across more than 15 years in business development, talent management, and influencer marketing, Jonathan has helped shape the modern creator landscape.

Brad Morris is Co-Founder and Partner of Reign Maker Group, where he leads corporate finance, corporate development, and growth strategy across the holding company's portfolio of agencies. A lawyer by training, he specializes in complex transactions, M&A, capital formation, and capital structuring, with a focus on building innovative, scalable, high-growth businesses. Brad is known for the deal-making, business development, and strategic architecture that drive Reign Maker's expansion and long-term value.

Lesley LaBarba serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Reign Maker Group and its family of companies, leading talent strategy, organizational development, employee experience, and scalable people operations. With over a decade of experience building HR functions in fast-growing, high-performance organizations, she combines business-minded strategy with a people-first approach to support sustained growth and strong culture.

Kevin King serves as Chief of Staff at Reign Maker Group, bringing nearly three decades of experience in marketing communications and brand reputation. He previously held the role of Global Head of Brand Reputation at MediaMonks (part of S4 Capital), and spent 13 years as Global Head of Digital at Edelman, where he grew the digital practice into a $200M+ business and the largest social media operation in the world.

Keshav Kochhar is Senior Vice President of Operations and Finance at Reign Maker Group, with a track record of leading strategic transformations, M&A, and capital deployment across industrial, technology, and investment sectors. He also serves as Executive Chairman of Skycap Investment Holdings Inc. (CSE: SKY), where he drives investment strategy and transaction execution. Previously, Keshav was CEO of Li-Metal Corp., where he led the company’s public listing on the CSE and executed the strategic sale of its lithium metal division to Rio Tinto. He is also the founder and former CEO of Lacero Solutions, a clean tech company focused on airbag recycling and recovery. Over his career, he has led more than $75 million in capital projects, M&A transactions, and private and government funding initiatives.
